New Local Secretary for Worcestershire

Welcome to Anthony (Tony) UnderhilI, our new Local Secretary for Worcestershire. Tony was until 2005 based in Western Australia where he was initiated into Worcester Lodge, No. 280, serving as WM in 1998 and 1999, and later as PSGD. He is currently a PM of Royds Lodge, No. 1204, and a PPGReg in the Province of Worcester. Tony is also active in various side orders, including the Mark, RAM and Knights Templar.

As the current DC and Mentor of Royds, Tony looks to build the knowledge and engagement of members, has helped develop a web-site (https://roydslodge1204.org.uk/) and Facebook page to promote this, and has written and delivered papers in both the Craft and Mark degrees. He is currently researching the local social history of freemasonry and hopes to use this to improve members’ understanding of freemasonry within its historical context.
