Local Secretaries
An ideal way to achieve a higher level of involvement is to become a Local Secretary for QCCC. Local Secretaries are our ambassadors and benefactors. They are paid-up members of the Correspondence Circle who volunteer to represent and promote QCCC in an area, country or region, and assist in advancing a broader knowledge and understanding of freemasonry and Masonic history.
In recognition of their service, Local Secretaries are entitled to wear a designated QCCC jewel and lapel pin. Application should be via the appropriate Regional Secretary or through localsecs@quatuorcoronati.com.

We have no hard limit on the number of Local Secretaries allocated to each country, region or province. Local Secs are usually members of lodges established in a constitution recognised by UGLE, but being so is not a formal requirement.
The work undertaken by each Local Secretary is up to that individual to determine but in general a Local Sec’s ambassadorial duties are to:
Spread the word about QC / QCCC in your region or country, and promote QC events, including our Conferences
Set a target to recruit at least a couple of new members each year and if you do so easily, set a higher target!
Contact your Grand, Provincial or District Grand Lodge and ask that they provide a link on their website to www.quatuorcoronati.com and place a QCCC Ad on their webpages
Distribute our QCCC Ad and QCCC Flyer
They are also available in Spanish:
QCCC Flyer in Spanish
QCCC Triofold Brochure in Spanish
And please promote QCCC via Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc, and
share your ideas with other Local Secretaries and your Regional Secretary
